At Filofax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new organizer or home office accessory isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original Filofax packaging, ensuring all inserts, refills, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
